To port is the Heads compartment with sea toilet & holding tank with new macerator pump, wash basin and shower with hot and cold water (with immersion heater for marina use). Forward is the Saloon with âUâ shaped settee that converts to a double berth, and a multi purpose table also for use in the cockpit, wardrobes and locker storage. Returning to the wheelhouse with Helm set to port, with helm seat that can also be located in the cockpit. To starboard there is bench style seating that converts to a double berth, full sliding sunroof, and lockers to port and starboard, 2 fully folding double doors to aft cockpit with bench seating, storage lockers, aft canopy and access to bathing platform.
"Eireney" was purchased by her present owner in 2018 and a professional survey was carried out at the time. She was based here afloat at Tollesbury Marina during 2019 but has remained ashore during the Summer of 2020. She has just been antifouled and a new macerator pump for the heads has just been fitted.

I chose this single shaft driven, 100hp (Volvo Penta) engine specification on purpose â for fuel economy rather than speed, and I wasnât disappointed - 6l per hour at 7kn cruising, but reducing to under 4lph at 6kn - difficult to beat. Economy and speed of this boat also makes it an excellent river boat as well as coastal / offshore."
