Four berth, twin diesel engine cabin cruiser.
• Access from a dinghy is by a stern ladder onto the rear deck/engine bay cover. Access from a pontoon is from the side walkway and into the rear deck area. Fitted cushions turn this into a seating area. There is a gas cabinet for a Calor gas bottle on the starboard side, the top of which is a non-slip step to access the walkway forward or to a pontoon. The port side has a mounting to store the outboard motor for the dinghy and twin stern davits allow the dinghy to be lifted from the water when cruising or in a marina.
• The engines are twin Perkins, naturally aspirated diesels. The port engine is fitted with a heat exchanger for hot water with a lagged hot water tank located on the port side. There is an automatic fire extinguisher attached to the inside of the engine hatch cover to provide protection in the event of a fire in the engine bay.
• The main saloon is accessed through a sliding glass door. The starboard side of the saloon is taken up with the galley consisting of a sink with hot and cold taps and a cupboard below, a cooker with two gas burners, a grill and oven all of which has a drop-down work surface. A smaller drop-down work surface covers storage space with the TV aerial cable above two drawers next to an electric fridge with ice compartment.
• The seat for the saloon helm position is over the fridge with the three position (AUTO, OFF, MANUAL) bilge pump controls to the right of the seat. There are two bilge pumps fitted, one in the engine bay and one at the mid-point of the hull.
• The helm position has a stainless steel, smooth rimmed wheel and two throttles. There is a fuel gauge for the single fuel tank and each engine has a rev’ counter, a temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge and a charging light/buzzer. There is a brand-new power distribution panel with a volt meter (to monitor the condition of the three leisure batteries) on the starboard wall. The boat is 12-volt DC throughout although 240-volt AC can be hooked up if required. Forward of the helm position is a small wardrobe.
• There is also a fish finder/depth gauge with shallow water alarm, a Garmin multi-function plotter (sat-nav), a VHF radio which links to the plotter to give the GPS position to the Coast Guard if the “MAYDAY” button is pressed and a handheld VHF radio all easily to hand from the helm.
• The port side of the saloon has seating and a table for four. The table drops to form a double bed and there are large drawers on the end of each bench seat. A four-position rotary battery selector is fitted on the end of the stern most bench. (BATTERY 1, BATTERY 2 [double batteries] BOTH {all 3 batteries} or OFF). There is an additional storage space under the seat cushions, forward one has the shore power cables. The seacock for the toilet water inlet is also accessed from under the forward seat, beneath the toilet pump. The blackwater tank selector valve is also accessed from here.
• The end of the forward seat also has a 12-volt DC cigarette lighter type socket (as does the storage space with the TV aerial) and a hand held fire extinguisher.
• Forward of the seats is a bookshelf above a shelf and drinks cabinet. Forward of the bookshelf is a large flat area we used for our charts.
• The fore cabin is accessed via two steps. On the starboard side is a small, 3 drawer chest of drawers and on the port side is the toilet cubicle with a Lavac electric vacuum toilet, lit vanity mirror, wash hand basin with a storage cupboard beneath and shower. The rest of the fore cabin has a horseshoe day bench which becomes a double bed. There is a moulded shelf which runs around the wall and two large drawers beneath the bench and the freshwater tank can be accessed beneath the starboard bench cushion for maintenance.
• Forward of the fore cabin is the chain locker, behind a removable bulkhead.
• The flying bridge is accessed via a ladder located on the stern deck and has three single seats mounted on a large storage box. The centre seat is fixed in position and the outer seats can be rotated through 360*. The helm has the same controls and engine instrumentation as the saloon. There is a second fish finder and an older version of a Garmin plotter fitted. VHF Comm’s uses a command mic’ which is hard wired to and replicates all functions of the VHF radio. A waterproof speaker on the port wall provides audible output. The bimini frame at the rear of the flying bridge has the satellite aerials for the Garmin and an omni-directional digital TV aerial mounted on it and the VHF antenna next to it. On the front outer face of the bridge is a speaker for the hailer and foghorn functions on the VHF radio.
• There is a walkway giving access right around the deck and the fuel and freshwater filling points are on the starboard side just forward of the helm. There is a 50 gallon (227 litre) diesel tank located on the boats centre of gravity (currently full).
• There is a dual action manual anchor winch at the bow with a 50lb & 25lb (110kg & 55kg) plough anchors. There are six standard fenders in two fender holders attached to the fore rails and a horseshoe fender to protect the bow when on a pontoon. There are also two larger fenders stored at the back of the flying bridge.
• Stern deck and fore cabin wall lights are 12-volt halogen, all other interior lights are LED. Navigation lights are all car interior type bulbs.
• There are windscreen and flying bridge waterproof canvas covers and a cover and frame that will convert the stern area into another cabin if required. (Could sleep another two) and a bimini sun cover for the flying bridge. The covers are blue and bought from Owen Sails. There is also a green rubberised canvas, sloping cover for the stern deck if preferred.
• Also included;

o 2.3hp air cooled, short shaft Honda outboard engine for dinghy.
o Launching trolley for dinghy.
