Nice tidy well looked after boat, entered via rear cabin door and curved stairway. Double bed in rear cabin with wardrobe and draws and storage under the bed. Clean tidy interior and carpets. Central heating via Webasto diesel heater. Clean hob, oven and fridge with very little use or kept very clean. Pump out toilet, basin and shower with semi circular doors. Forward of galley, 4 seat dinner and forward of this lounge area seating with solid fuel stove and TV. Clock and barometer. Front doors with access to front well deck with cover over and varnished front cratch board. All interior woodwork in clean and tidy condition. Overall a well presented boat not to be missed and well worth viewing.

Construction

Steel narrow boat built 2006, semi trad design built to standard 10, 6, 4 mm thickness. Small rear deck with tiller steering, entered via steel rear entrance doors, to trad area, engine controls and gauges and switches. steel twin entrance doors to cabin entered via stairway. Cover with support hoop to cover semi trad area. Gas locker on fore deck under hatch.
